These are 2 storey one bedroom apartments.

 

The ground floor has a generous bedroom with a Queen size bed and the well designed bathroom with shower and hot and cold water.

​

The upper floor has the lounge, dining area and kitchen.  The kitchen is equiped with all of the pans, cutlery and crockery .

​

The lounge has a sofa and sofa bed. It is equiped with satelite TV and leads onto the balcony.

                                           Peso 4000 per night.

Apartments C and D.  (72 sq mtr)

These are 2 storey two bedroom apartments.

​

The ground floor has one bedroom with a queen size bed plus a pull out bed and one bedroom with twin beds. A large pleasantly equiped bathroom with  wet room shower and hot and cold water.

​

The uppper floor has a large lounge area, well equiped kitchen, dining area and a balcony.   Satelite TV.

​

TERMS and CONDITIONS

  • All units does not include breakfast, although Sunset Bay Restaurant offers breakfast every 6:00 am to 11:00 am everyday.

  • Our standard check in time is 2:00 pm

  • Our standard check out time is 12:00 noon the next day. Late check-out may incur additional charges of 500Php/Hour or depend on availability.

  • The deposits are non-refundable. REBOOKING is allowed up to 2 times only.

  • Changes to a booking (e.g., dates, number of guests) are subject to availability of the unit/s.

  • In the event of a no-show (failure to check in without prior cancellation), the full stay amount will be charged.

  • Parking area is available. 

 

PAYMENT POLICY:  We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) with a 5% additional fee, Gcash, Bank Transfer and Cash.

HOUSE RULES: 

  • No smoking Policy: smoking is prohibited inside the hotel rooms and public areas. Designated smoking areas are available.

  • Pet Policy: Pets are allowed inside the unit/s with no extra fees. Pets are not allowed in Sunset Bay Pool and Restaurant Area but they are allowed in the beach area.

  • Noise Policy: Please respect other guests by keeping noise levels to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours.  

 

Personal Data Privacy: The hotel collects personal information for the purpose of booking and service delivery. Your data will be kept secure.​
